These Terms of Sales ("Terms") apply to all orders placed on the InstantProxy website for the purchase of reverse proxy management services.
The prices of our services are indicated in Euros. Payment is due immediately upon order. We accept payments by credit card and other secure means offered on the site.
Our services are offered for a fixed duration starting from the date of payment. There is no automatic debit or tacit renewal. At the end of the paid period, the service ends automatically unless the user actively decides to renew by making a new payment.
Access to premium services is activated immediately after payment validation. In case of technical issues, please contact support.
In accordance with applicable legislation for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement and waiver of their right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for activated subscriptions.
The service ends automatically at the end of the subscribed period. No cancellation procedure is necessary since no automatic debit is in place.
